Authenticate with Kuetix API

Usage:
  kue login [options]

Options:
  --host, -H        API host (default: api.kuetix.com)
  --config, -c      Path to a config file
  --username, -u    Username for login
  --password, -p    Password for login

Credentials can be provided via flags, stdin, or interactive prompt.
