Add a transition method to an existing or new module

Usage:
  kue add transition <module/TransitionName> [options]
  kue add transition <TransitionName> --module <module> [options]

Options:
  --module, -m       Module name to add the transition to
  --description, -d  Method description comment
  --output, -o       Output directory (default: current directory)
